Captain George Ayõkúnlé SANTOS

After a degree in Mechanical Engineering, followed by a three-year professional stint mainly in the development of improved operational processes in the manufacturing industry, George Ayõkúnlé commenced his career in aviation in 1991.

His professional training and management expertise spans over 28 years and has focused on the pragmatic approach to the use of Non-Technical Skills, employing such tools as Crew Resource Management (CRM), Human Factors (HF) and the management of Human Behavioural Skills in the design and management of safety, training and operational systems.

As the Chief Executive Officer at Loben Limited, George leads the consultancy as it develops systems based upon a pragmatic approach to the development and management of Safety/Training Systems (Regulatory and Non-Regulatory), Procedures, Programs and manuals for international clients. The systems are designed to be relevant to organisational needs as well as employees needs in all organisational roles in several industries.

Holding Airline Transport Pilots Licenses (EASA & NCAA), George has operated as a Line and Training Helicopter pilot as well as a Crew Resource Management Instructor and Instructor Examiner in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. He also holds a current US Federal Aviation Administration Remote Pilots License for small, unmanned aircraft systems.
